Almetron has a fully equipped testing laboratory with facilities for Salt Spray, Acetic Salt Spray and Humidity testing in individual, dedicated cabinets. We also have our own XRF equipment, which provides Quantitative and Qualitative surface analyses.

Upon request, we can be involved in the planning of your new plant at a very early stage of the project and a consultant can be on hand to contribute significantly to your success.

We can also assist in the optimisation of processes currently operating on your existing plant. We also offer training in the operation and analysis of our products as well as any Health Safety and Environmental matters.

Training workshops can consist of one-day or five-day courses on-site at your company.

As Qualicoat members we are also fully conversant with their pre-treatment requirements and have assisted companies in establishing systems for approval.
